Communication and product is good. I’m in it for the lifetime warranty. They coated my purchased baseboards same as floor. Only issue was a misunderstanding. They do not install the baseboards. You have to do that yourself.
It was a pleasure having Natalie with TSR Concrete Coatings to our home. She explained the entire process from start to finish. She also went in depth on their lifetime warranty. The installers were respectful and professional. Our space has been completely transformed. I am so happy we chose TSR to complete our garage and patio project. We plan on having our basement done over the winter as well. Thank you TSR!!
Showed up on time; floor looks awesome; and the guys left the aarea super clean
