Customer Reviews

The guys kept us informed and did an outstanding job on our garage and breezeway. Highly recommend them!!

Excellent. Installer’s were very professional. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks

Enjoyed my discussion w/Malachi re: what can be done with my garage floor. Their process seems superior to others available, with better warranty. Financing available as well!

DeAndre was very good at his job explained everything told me my best options

Trey is very knowledgeable and communicative. Did an excellent job!

3 workers came at 10 and completed the project by 4. The old concrete around the pool and sidewalk looks amazing now. The salesman and workers were very professional. This is something I wanted done for years and glad I did it

Logan arrived at the appointment on time. Was starting on the measurements and because of the designer concrete a different covering was necessary. So, he did the measurements and ask about a boarder around like what we have. My son Eric joined the discussion and colors picked what would go well with the colors around the house. logan was very pleasant to work with. I cannot wait to see it completed *EDIT POST COMPLETION* Three young gentlemen came and worked part time in the rain. It was amazing watching them lay it on the current designer concrete I had. They did a wonderful job! Thank you to Quinn, Kevin, and Paxton - you did a great job!

Fast download, excellent customer service

Tyler did a thorough job assessing our garage floor. From the onset we felt more like friends than a sales call. Provided us with additional discounts to lock in this seasons installation. Overall experience was excellent. As a former business owner, I found Tyler was an excellent example of customer service and a valuable face of your company. Thank you for the first phase of our project, Carl and Kathy Norlin

Great respond. Professional and prompt. Explain and make the process easy. Help you understand the steps and answer all the questions. Highly recommend. DiAngelo Liser is great and easy to work with.

Great job floor looks amazing

Thank you to TSR Concrete Coatings for our beautiful new garage floor! The crew who came to our home was kind, professional, and hardworking. We truly appreciated the care and attention they put into their work. We had put this off for a while, but we’re so glad we finally went ahead with it. The floor looks fantastic, and we’re so pleased with how it turned out. Please pass along our sincere thanks to the team for a job well done!

Great company! Had our garage floor coated and it looks super! Axel and Jack did a great job installing. They arrived early, styarted and completed it! They explained what they were doing and also stated what we needed to do while it cured as well as maintaining the great look the floor now has!

Great customer service. Very friendly workers. Great communications. My new patio covering looks awesome.

Absolutely love my garage floor. The project included the front and back porch stoops. September was very rainy and TSR Coating kept constant contact with me until a clear day arrived. Very happy with the communication and now my front steps are preserved.

The two gentlemen that did the job did a great job

💜 Love the look!! Everything was done as stated.

Dante was very professional and knowledgeable. I researched the product beforehand so it was great to have the validation that we were buying a great product. I'm very happy there's a lifetime warranty and it's going to be amazing in the house!

It was a very pleasant experience. Tyler was the best! He was knowledgable about your product and installation service. I can’t wait to see my new garage!

Professional and Friendly

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the first visit to the crew coming out and getting it done! Thanks to TSR I HAVE A GARAGEMAHAL!!!!!!!!

Patrick was very good at explaining entire process. Professional throughout presentation. Highly recommend. Installers Jordan and Jeremiah were very efficient and professional did a very good job on cleanup very satisfied

Jack, the TSR contact, was great. He was very thorough and explained everything, including a detailed description of each step. No high pressure or unanswered questions. So, positive first step. More to come on installation day and final results.

Very professional and high-quality job. Gary and Clint were both great.

The guys did a great job. Garage looks great!

Our garage floor project came out better than expected. When looking at comparable projects in photos, doesn’t do justice to the finished product in person. The installation crew was extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend TSR.

On time cleanup after done friendly

Great process, and very knowledgeable!

The final product is amazing. I highly recommend TSR and in particular my guys who did the job. I will mention them in a later post.

My wife and I are very pleased with our new concrete coating. Our old garage floor had become very ugly and this is just what it needed. Jake and Justin did an awesome job. Everyone from TSR communicated with me very well. I highly recommend TSR and their crew.

We had our garage and patio done by Angel. Desean, Chris and Andres. They were very professional, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. They both look great and we love it!

Ethan the sales representative was punctual, well informed and answered all of our questions. The work is scheduled for a future date, so we are pleased so far. Will post after the work is completed. The crew arrived at 9:30 am and started to work right away. Grant had called earlier and said they were delayed by traffic. When they started putting the first coat and sprinkles down the verticals weren't being done. a quick call to their manager resolved the problem. We had decided to do the verticals after the fact and the crew had not had their instructions upgraded. Grant, Brandon and Silas worked through the day and finished at 7:30 pm. They were courteous and answered all questions, and made sure we understood the timing for moving things back in the garage. My wife and I are very pleased with the end product. Thank you.

Great experience!! Detailed estimate, arrival was spot on and the 2 guys who did the work were very professional. They went about their work and did a fantastic job.I would recommend this company to anybody!!!!!👍👍👍

People we worked with were great. Love how it ended up.

TSR did an amazing job!! Their workers were on time, courteous and professional, informed me of the steps as they were performed, and cleaned up after themselves. The garage and front porch look amazing!! Can't wait until they do my basement floor!

The TSR crew showed up on time to coat our garage floor. They were very professional & did an excellent job. I’m extremely happy with the overall appearance of the floor. Thank you.

I had concrete resurfacing of my porch and garage. They arrived on time and kept me updated on their progress. The floors look fantastic! I would recommend TSR and the installers Ty and Corieon were great.

Friendly service from the start. My garage floor looks amazing! This is the second project that TSR has done for me.

TSR did a great job on my 2 half car !!! Highly recommend

Great pricing and great work from professional floor installers. Happy with my purchase. Jason was a great guy to deal with, and was easily reachable when I had a concern. Definitely recommend them

So far it’s been a great experience, Patrick is very professional!

Changed my garage floor from a ugly concrete. To a beautiful work ✨️ of art.

DiAngelo was awesome to work with and chat. Highly highly recommend asking for him

Any visuals that conducted the job we're very respectful courteous and kind. The representative explain to me in detail what's going to take place and approximately how long it will take. They were very well organized they move like a well-organized machinery. They brought their materials and equipment in before they started they laid out a big piece of plastic and place everything on top of it. They did an awesome job for the deck around my pool. I would recommend them to everyone.

Very professional team from start to finish! Highly recommend, it changed the concrete from old and scrappy to fresh and clean!

Felix kept underplaying the job letting me know over and over not to have too high of expectations because my garage floor was really cracked and crooked, but in the end it was artwork I'll let the pictures. Tell the story super job wow, doesn't even. Cover it

Joe was great to work with! He arrived right on time, was very pleasant and professional, and did a great job walking us through the entire process and answering our questions. We really appreciated his time and expertise and are looking forward to getting our floors done!

The crew ot two came and completed the job in a quality and timely process. Very satisfied!

Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful walking us through our walkway and garage floor project.

TSR did a fantastic job! The floor looks great. The guys worked hard on it and it shows. I highly recommend TSR .

Awesome service at a great price! Friendly no pressure estimates, easy scheduling and the two men who came to do the work were efficient, professional and friendly. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful experience with TSR. We initially worked with Jason Pacella, and he was very patient and helpful. The installation crew was polite, neat, efficient, and professional. The garage floor looks amazing.

TSR did a great job. Their Rep was extremely helpful answering my questions and preparing me with what needed to be done. The communication throughout this project was very professional. The team applied the garage floor and kept me informed. The floor looks fantastic. My neighbors are jealous!

Dennis was great on selling us on the garage floor work scheduled for Sept. He was very informative and really knows the process.

Our salesman, D'Angelo was amazing. He was so knowledgeable kind and personable. Xavier and Corion were fabulous. They were very friendly and kind. We are so happy with their work. We would highly recommend this company.

The crew we had was awesome!!!! They were to be here between 7:30 and 9am. At 7:30 on the button they were coming down our street. Soooo friendly. The main person Xavier explained everything they were going to do. They worked hard and professional. Very impressed. They did a most beautiful job. !! Thank you sooo much!! Would absolutely recommend them!!!!

Very simple consultation. His company does not hire Subcontractors with is very important to us personally. Every detail was answered completely before signing a contract.. Ethan is very knowledgeable and personable. The minute Ethan walked in the garage, I knew he was the right company to have the floor done. Thanks Ethan for making this simple. The recent negative review is not correct. You must read the contract before you sign and understand what is stated in the review written. Thanks Ethan.

They did a nice job

Nice people. Floor looks great and well done

Great People and Service!

The garage floor looks fantastic. We are very pleased with the quality and professionalism of the workers who did the installation.

Chris Watson was great! Showed up exactly on time, wasn’t pushy, and was straight forward, made he decision a no brainer. Phenomenal service

Did an excellent job would highly recommend them

Our deck was in need of a lot of repair when we called TSR. Now we are amazed at their work and product. It looks Great! 1 year later we have two bad spots and now they don't want to honor our warranty.

I had five estimates from reputable companies and TSR came out on top. The best sales presentation and product. Because they manufacture their own products they are much more competitive.

We had our garage floor done with cabin fever 3 days ago and it looks amazing. Chad and Freddy were very professional and walked me through the steps of what they are doing and how long each will take. Another gentleman arrived (sorry didnt get his name) and supervised the job until completion. Very professional and would use them again.

It’s always price, quality, and service and TSR met all my expectations. The job turned out beautifully.

😁great job by Ozzie and Mark our garage floor came out great even the stairs looks good would highly recommend

great job would recommend TSR

I highly recommend TSR Concrete Coatings. Tony and Chad did an outstanding job!

Damon was very professional and friendly. Very good personality. Knowledgeable. Answered all our questions.

Hey! I don’t know how much TSR pays their installers, but the Fullerton Brothers definitely makes your company shine. They arrived punctual, right there is a huge plus for your customer. They both worked as a team and didn’t seem to get bothered at all by this homeowner asking about the products and the process. Their responses given, assured me that they also stood behind the quality of the products used. Again, the installers make or break a small company like this, it is imperative that when you find a crew that works like the Fullerton Brothers, you don’t want them working for someone else!!! What ever they get paid an hour, THEY deserve more. Oh… did I mention they worked on Labor Day? I sure hope they got Holiday Pay on top of their well deserved hourly rate. When others asks me about my garage floor, and they will, I will recommend TSR and also when my friends call the company asking for a quote, I will tell them to insist on the Fullerton Brothers as their installers. I know this is a want not a need. So pricing is hard to judge, but with a Lifetime Warranty given, even if you damage the floor by spilling battery acid, they will come out and make it right. So I guess that is figured into the cost. Happily Single Mom of 4 Young Men!

Caleb was very professional and explained the process that TSR uses to install the flooring. I was impressed. I'm confident that they will do a great job based on my experience with Caleb.

Great work and looks fantastic.

It was crazy hot so we agreed they could start at 6am. They were knowledgeable and worked non stop in spite of the heat They were polite and did an amazing job! We love our new floor!

We had an amazing experience with TSR. They were very prompt on arriving to our house. Both men installing our floor in our garage were extremely pleasant and so very nice. Our floor looks amazing and the men who put it down even complimented on our color choice because it matches our home beautifully. We love our new floor and the wonderful service that weexperienced

I am very happy with my new garage floor. Thomas and Mike did an excellent job!

Every thing from first time the salesman who showed up on time to explained how their is installed, their installers, to quality of product, warranty compared too their competitors,, he also answered our questions,, overall he did a good job and main thing he was not pushy. He said they could be here at a certain time and certain day and that is when they installers showed up. They were very professional and explained what they were going to do and how long it would take them . unfortunately, one of the workers got quite ill and they had to take him to urgent care and he was done for the day, but it did take long for a supervisor who showed up and filled his shoes shoes. I gotta give both of them credit because it was a super hot day and they held up well to the heat. When they completed the job, they asked if I wanted to see it . My wife and I went outside and it was looked better than we expected. we are Very well pleased from first meeting to the end , I would highly recommend them.

Brian explained how the cleaning and painting will be done. I am excited to see the finished result.

The guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and tidy. Very happy with tsr.

Matt arrived today on time for our appointment about placing a coating on our garage floor and patio. He got right to work, answered my questions, then scheduled us for installation. All went well.

Looks great! Unreal how much better garage looks and feels

Crew and results were great!

The crew was there on time promptly and did an excellent job. I’m totally satisfied with their work and would recommend anybody to get it done.

Professional appointment with polite, friendly sales person. Quick, informative conversation. Liked what I saw very much.

Great experience from the begining until the compltetition Jennifer did an amazing job with explaining the procedure product and very helpful throughout the process Very professional, clean installation by Ozzie and Mark Looking great , extremely happy! Highly recommended !

GREAT WORK! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The crew that came to work on my garage were very polite and professional. They repaired many years of damage from Salt and age before applying the coating. As I write this review I am very happy with the final product.

They did a fantastic job on my patio they cleaned up everything i was very satisfied with their work would recommend them to anyone

Super timely project, great product and great service.

The two man team that completed our floor coating were professional and hard working. After they completed the job, they asked me to inspect their work to make sure that I was happy and satisifed with the final job in how it looked. Both my wife and I are extremely happy with how the floor looked. Tim, the TSR salesman was a professional and explained the entire project and what to expect. We had to make changes to the original contract twice and Tim always handled that on a timely mater. Very happy with the total job, from start to finish.

We absolutely love what TSR did to the sidewalk leading to our porch, porch and patio. The team that was here worked hard and they were easy to work with.

We were very happy with the final results. The you men were great. Jordan was great with his communication with us. He explained throughly everything to us. We would do it again.Thank You TSR!

Nathan and Patrick from the Bloomington site did a fabulous job. They were punctual, efficient, friendly and professional. Highly recommend

TSR did a great job on my garage floor. I forgot to take a before pic but it was uneven, cracked and had oil stains. Thought I would need the whole garage redone. Removing the old concrete and having a new floor poured. Instead TSR built up the uneven areas sanded everything smooth and applied their product and it looks great. Its not 100% but it is about 97% and with how bad it started out that is 150% better. And it only took about 6 - 7 hours from start to finish with a lunch break.

From the first phone call to signing the contract. Yep the contract!! I’m not in favor of a contract, I would think my 40% down would be an assurance. Oh well the salesman Joe was great from start to finish. I can’t tell you about the product because I do not have it installed yet, but I am just hoping the service and product are close to as good as the sales end of everything. Thanks Joe.

My review is only for the sales person, Chris, TSR CONCRETE COATING since the service is scheduled for the near future. Chris was excellent in his presentation of the TSR products. He is an expert on the product and what needs to take place in order to complete the job. Chris explained my responsibilities and TSR's. He brought samples so I was able to decide on color based on actually seeing the product on my floor. Chris answered all of my questions and made me feel secure with his company. Can't wait until the job is done.

The crew that did the project were very knowledgeable professional and completed the job in one day heads up to ty and his partner

Our garage looks great, the workers were diligent and hardworking. All the cracks were filled and the floor is amazing. They’ve sent a written guarantee and said to call them with any problems.

Had my garage floor done yesterday which took about 6-7 hours! Looks really beautiful! The 2 man crew did an excellent job! I would highly recommend TSR for any concrete coating project!

Hard working young men that did a great job! Finished product is great! Hopefully looks the same 5-10 years from now as well!

Had a garage floor repaired and coated look great!

They did a great job and the floor looks amazing

Product was done well but cleanup was awful

I just had this done recently, so I have no future indication how it will hold up. However, it is a beautiful coating over a driveway with huge cracks. The installer made sure I was satisfied with it before leaving. One edge to the left by the hostas had a chunk of cement missing, so he left his putty knife there to make sure the coating stayed in place while it dried.

Very well, pleased exceptional, please. What your salesman, Joey, outstanding salesman, outstanding individual.

I waited a week to ensure that I noticed all aspects of the job done by TSR. The detail work was excellent. Starting with grinding the old concrete smooth, the team repaired one larger crack with bow tie braces, filled in holes and small cracks, and applied the flexible adhesive. After drying, they applied the top coat of polyaspartic , being careful around edges. They applied material to edges of the concrete, and down a couple of inches where it meets the back yard so it looks very clean. Communications from start to finish were excellent. Highly recommended.

Jason did an excellent job of explaining the entire process. Very knowledgeable and personable.

The install went without a hitch. The guys did a great job in explaining everything to me and what to expect. I was informed throughout the process and it turned out great! Really like the floor, looks awesome. Highly recommend, you won’t be sorry.

Ethan our sales representative was excellent and worked diligently with us to upgrade our house. He was very patient while we worked things out. Lifetime warranty. We can’t wait to see the results!

I loved the initial contact with the company and I love the finished product. My patio was a horrible space with cracked concrete and quite ugly. It is now a space that I can enjoy and share with others.

These folks are the real deal. They have a great, robust product. I had both the garage and driveway done. Both look sooo much better than before the work, and we are very, very happy with how things came out. The price was significant, but we had a fantastic install, and most importantly, they stand behind their work. Highly recommend.

Our concrete patio looks brand new! I will have them back to do the sidewalk in the future! It can’t help but add value to the house.

Joe Explained Everything very well was very nice showing on computer showing us how it's all done

I wish you'd tell me where to send my check to The heart disease risk factor

My entire experience with TSR from first visit and quote with Joe through the installation done by Ozzie and his partner, I think Brian, was totally professional. The quote was the best of all those received. Responsiveness to follow up question and a great installation day was perfect. I simply can’t say enough about my experience and would recommend them without hesitation!!!

D'Angelo was very informative and kind. Answered all questions (even yet). Kullin and crew did an amazing job. Everything clean and all questions answered. I would definitely recommend TSR. Thank you so much.

Thank you to the wonderful team that came out to install. They did a fabulous job and I couldn’t be happier with the product or the work done. Looking forward to enjoying my garage that looks clean and beautiful. The installers were professional and did a fantastic job. My rep from the company was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I was looking to install, thanks to Cade for all his help and support.

From start to finish TSR was very good to deal with! My salesman Chris and the techs were great! My garage floor turned out fantastic! Highly recommend!!!

TSR Design Consultant Ethan was right on time for our set appointment. Very pleasant gentleman. Very patient as we picked out the floor design we would like. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES! Good detail on the installation process. Was able to answer all our questions.

What a transformation. I have a two car garage and my concrete was badly pitted. I received a concrete replacement cost that was so high, I thought they were kidding. For 1/6 the price I have a beautiful new garage floor that has a lifetime guarantee. The workers were kind and very knowledgeable. Well worth the price and experience!

Absolutely excellent product installed professionally with flexibility to allow for a seamless transition. Highly recommend their services!!

TSR concrete coated our family room in basement as well as our garage. Floors turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The crew we had were super friendly and very professional. The three of them represents TSR very well. Highly recommend TSR to anyone looking to have this done. We feel this project totally enhanced our home. Great job TSR!

TSR did a Great Job. My garage looks Beautiful! Thank You!

Very friendly person came to do my estimated he answered all my questions that I provided to him . Also price was reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone who ask me about the project.

Results are amazing! The crew did a great job! They were polite and professional. They take great Pride in their work.

Our floors look fantastic! Jacob and Jack did such a great job!

Great floor, looks beautiful. Installation was quick and clean. Thank you.

The crew installing were exceptional. They were neat and tidy and cleaned up after themselves as well as being very skilled. The driveway product is a huge improvement over concrete. It is so much better for my feet and because there are no "seams, etc." we are less likely to fall. This is a huge plus for seniors.

Whole experience was great from start to finish. Great crew during install, very professional and respectful, they didn’t mind all the questions I had.

Was out to give a quote within a day. Appreciate the professionalism and quick response.

TSR did our garage about a week ago and I want to say the whole process was a good experience, from the initial sales call to the installation its self. We are very happy with the look and texture of the floor and comforted by having a transferable lifetime warranty. A neighbor used TSR several years ago and assured me of its high quality work. We were not disappointed. SF

We asked for a quote online, and a rep, Adam, was at our house the same day with samples and everything we needed to know to make a decision about our flooring. What a great experience!

Brian was great. He explained everything in detail, was polite and accommodating.

I just got an estimate to do my garage floor but Jake was very nice and professional. I’ll give another review after they do the floor.

I walked on it this morning looks great feels great if it holds up after time as well as it looks i should be long gone before it needs ant attention

Patrick was very helpful and gave us a great understanding of what we will be getting! We can’t wait to see the finished product!

I was super excited to get my basement floor done and now that it is in I’m still just as excited. It turned out so well that now I have to either recover the walls because it made them look horrible in comparison or paint them lol. My installer Eli came by himself I figured he would be there late that evening because he had to hand grind the concrete prior to installation. He wasn’t here very long at all. Very impressed with his work ethics and commitment. Would I recommend this for someone else yes for sure knowing that this will last forever and never crack of peel is pure peace of mind. One and done is what I should have done before installing my laminate flooring in the basement in the first place. Now I can’t wait to get the two car attached garage done! I’d love to share some photos if possible!

We were referred by friends, so contracted, TSR arrived when expected and stayed until complete, we love the new look. Workers were courteous and professional and clean up was great.

Professional presentation, Tyler the sales representative was on time, answered all of our questions in a very professional manner. He was kind, courteous and listened to all our questions and concerns. He presented us with an initial offer and then again listened to our inquiries about the presentation and the company’s history. He presented our questions and counter proposal to his management and we were able to come to a very reasonable agreement. We had done our homework on the product and company and had two recommendations.

TRS completed a coating in my garage! I am thrilled their employees were outstanding! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service! Im thrilled

Malachi did a great job presenting the product and worked hard to get us a fair price for getting our garage floor coating done. He was very professional and thoroughly explained the process, pricing and financing options that would be applied. We look forward to having the work done.

Brian was ahead of schedule for the initial appointment. Very pleasant and informative. Pricing in our opinion was reasonable. We booked on the spot.

They gave us a fair quote including installation discount and zero financing! They showed up on time. We’re polite and easy to deal with too. Worked hard for hours in 91 degree weather. Turned out just beautiful. Can’t wait to use it!!

We had our front exposed porch treated with TSR coating. The results are beautiful. The crew Collin and 2 others I cant remember their names were prompt, cordial and did an excellent job!

Joe was very professional and Knew the product well and explained the benefits

Professionalnservice from start to finish. Love the end result. It looks so clean and adds to the look of our shed.

Appointment made quickly and easily. After assessing our project, various options were presented and discussed. We made our selections and conveniently completed our contract and payment online. Dante, the TSR Design Consultant, was extremely helpful throughout the process. We look forward to completing our project as planned.

Joe was very nice and knowledgeable about the company and product. We are scheduled for install in October. Looking forward to getting it done!

I met with 3 separate companies when looking to refinish the floor in my 3-car garage. After meeting with each of the salespersons, TSR was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. I'll admit that they did not come in at the cheapest price, but were incredibly open to negotiating the price range. I didn't expect them to meet the lowest bid, but they were more than open to making more of a deal for the superior product for their finishing methods. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to re-do their floors to contact Brandon at TSR.

Great service!

My garage floor looks fantastic…great company to work with..recommend!!

TSR was here timely and finished quickly with here work was great

Everything was very professional. The crew was friendly and knew what they were doing.

Harrison and Morgan did a great fob handling my installation while I was away in Canada. The installer’s did a great job and the installation looks fantastic!

Great as always. No notes

Great people to work with and best priced. Our garage is gorgeous. We highly recommend this company!

Guys did a phenomenal job, very happy w transformation. Pics speak for themselves

The onsite estimate process was informative and very helpful. The work team did a great job, cleaned up well, and gave clear instructions on when garage floor could be used. Overall a great experience

What a great experience learning about the TSR concrete coatings. Stefanie was very knowledgeable professional helpful personable and easy to understand the process which made for an easy decision to have my garage floor finished. With you being a design consultant you recommending a design choice that I hadn’t considered. Thank you Stefanie! I look forward to having my garage floor finished. Update - Garage floor has now been finished and it looks amazing! I am so pleased with the entire process from start to finish. The color that Stefanie chose to match my siding was spot on. The two man crew showed up on time and the entire process was completed within four hours. They did an amazing job! Thank you TSR. I’m extremely with the way my garage looks!

Patrick was the salesman that came and looked at our garages. He did a very thorough job measuring, amd explaining the process. He helped me pick out the color choice. Im excited to see the project when its completed.

TSR Concrete Coatings installed their coating on our 2-car garage floor and we are very pleased with the results. The installers were very professional and friendly. We couldn't be happier with their work!

Excluding a couple small exceptions with the installation followup, I am very pleased with the overall appearance of both my garage floor and basement floor. They both are very attractive and seem very durable. After it was complete, though, the technicians left my residence without notifying me they had completed their work and not giving me an opportunity to approve the finished project prior to their leaving. Also, my basement lights were left on and since I was told on the description sheet not to walk on the surface in the basement for 24 hours, I had to leave the lights on for a full day wasting electricity. That adds slightly to my overall project cost. In the garage, there was a heavy coating of dust from the floor grinding and coating residue left throughout the entire interior of the garage with the exception of the flooring. They could have cleaned better before applying the new flooring. Other than those items, I am pleased with the overall experience.4r5

Installers did a awesome job and answered all my questions. I would recommend this product to anyone

They were nice , on time an did a wonderful job me an wife couldn't be happier

Our garage looks amazing! Everyone was easy to work with from quote to the finished project.

Logan Ward was very thorough in explaining the TSR Concrete Coatings process to me. I am excited for when this will be applied to my garage floor and transform my garage.

For the most part the experience was good.

They showed up on time, answered all of our questions and did a great job! We love our new patio and storage room floor!

Excellent work by the TSR team on our back patio concrete coating! It looks fantastic. They were here on time, worked efficiently and followed up with us afterward to share the process for drying, etc. We highly recommend this company!

Wil be having our 4th job done. Very happy with the quality and price. Always treated well and very polite. That was 2 years ago. I had my patio and front porch patched 2 years ago and the spots they did are now peeling. Tried to call 2 different phone numbers several times in May and left messages, no one has ever called back. A lifetime warranty is useless if the company won't stand behind it.

They did an amazing job on my garage floor. Take a look!

Your installation team went above and beyond! Joe in sales very personable.

they showed up when they said they would gave us a great price and a great product

We love our floor coating in our 3 season porch outdoor kitchen and garage these guys are amazing.

We love our new garage floor!! The installers were very thorough and professional. The sales and office staff were very helpful and corteous.

Lauren was Great!! We started out with a rough patch but she stuck with me till it smoothed out! Her patience and tenacity was exceptional! Thank you for staying in there. Awesome product as well!!

Great meeting with D'Angelo very friendly and helpful.

Our floor looks great!!!! Clint and his crew were great to work with and they cleaned up before they left. We are beyond grateful. Thank you!!

Good service with great warrenty.

Incredible job, garage floor was in poor condition with large cracks and pitting. After the job, the floor looks as if it was in perfect condition before epoxy coating. No signs of old cracks or pitting, the repair was a small miracle. Highly recommended!

Very professional and excellent work.

Very professional from the quote to the install. Definitely recommend.

The TSR representative, Mike, was very knowledgeable about the product and took the time to explain the repair process in detail. He shared before -and-after photos that clearly demonstrated the dramatic results on severely damaged concrete surfaces. The estimate was calculated quickly, and the cost was much more in line with our budget than the other repair options we had considered. It also gave us added confidence knowing that Mike has chosen to use this same coating on his own driveway. That speaks well of his trust in the product and its performance. We look forward to our scheduled date to see the changes that this coating make.

Patrick was so professional and knowledgeable and presents himself so well. We looking forward to our garage floor being installed.

Austin was terrific to work with. Very informative and professional. We are looking forward to getting the job completed.

Sales and installation manager were very polite and knowledgeable. Installation went quick. Poles, house and hot tube were trimmed to perfection. Love my new patio

Everyone we came in contact with was very professional. We were updated at every step. Staff left the area around the garage clean. The garage floor looks great!

The whole project was a pleasure to experience. Rob the salesman was great. He was professional and courteous. Taylor and Enrique did a fantastic job. My front porch and rear patio never looked better. Most importantly, my wife loves the finish.

Jennifer did awesome job.Showed up on time .Told us about the company.Explained the chemistry behind the product .Told us to expect concrete dust during the process.Explains curing times and priced out everything. Absolutely wonderful experience.

We just had the new floor coating put in on 7-14 it was 94 degrees out. They did a great job, but we did find and area that was not coated like the other but no problem they were out in 1 week to replace it. TSR crew grinded it back down and started over in the square, now it is perfect.... I don't have pics because our garage is a mess trying to put stuff back.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with TSR Coatings. From the first conversation with Natalie to the final walkthrough with the installation crew, everything exceeded our expectations. Natalie was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to answer every question without ever making us feel pressured. She made the entire process simple and stress-free, and her communication from start to finish was outstanding. The installation crew was just as impressive. They arrived on time, were professional, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and work ethic really stood out. They kept everything clean, communicated throughout the project, and made sure every detail was done right instead of rushing through the job. The finished floor looks incredible. The quality of the workmanship is obvious, and it completely transformed our space. You can tell this team genuinely cares about doing things the right way and making sure the customer is happy. Companies are built by employees like Natalie and this crew—people who are dependable, communicate well, take ownership of their work, and consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. TSR is fortunate to have them representing the company. If you’re considering an any floor coating, don’t hesitate. We would absolutely choose TSR Coatings again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality work. Now that the basement is done, we can move onto the garage next!

From the time Tip came down and explained the process of coating our concrete to helping us pick a color to last Thursday when Levi and Mac came and actually did the work, we have had nothing but professional, kind, friendly and hard working people. A special thanks goes to Levi and Mac for their attention to detail, their work ethic and their true willingness to “do it right”. I was so impressed with them. Their day started very early and when it hit 8:00pm and they were still here working, I knew they were getting tired but they still went the extra mile to ensure everything looked perfect and was perfectly done before they left! I applaud TSR for seeing their talent and hiring them and I thank them both from the bottom of my heart for the work they did here at my home!

We had our front porch and garage done! What a difference it has made. We love it! So easy to keep clean. The guys were great to explain everything and were very professional!! Thank you!!

They were clear in explaining what the costs would be and what the process was like. Their representative was courteous and thoroughly professional, able to answer all my questions.

Installed a walkway (over existing concrete walkway) Looks great, sales and service were friendly

Josh , the salesman, was knowledgeable, patient, and repeated details patiently. He has a detailed display of the steps which will occur to repair and toprovide a beautiful fnish to my garage floor. The repair and perfectly polished floor is better than I could have dreamed.

They met us to give us a price on the job it was a reasonable and price and we chose them for the job!

TSR's years of experience and sales explanation is what sold me.

The workmen were very professional. They reviewed what work was going to be done before they started. They explained the process and what I needed to do after they finished.

Great company and great worker, they were very professional. They did a fantastic job in my garage.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and kept me informed. I never felt that there was any hipe. From Zach, who initially provided the info and estimate, to the three worker bees who showed up promptly and worked continuously on the install day it was a smooth process. Have recommended them to my neighbors who have kept a close eye on this project.

Ty & Corian were fantastic to work with. They were very positive & explained every step of the process. The garage floor looks amazing & Brian from TSR Concrete Coatings was super easy to work with!!!

Great results and very professional.

The garage floor came out great. Christian and his partner did a real nice job. They answered my questions, and were very helpful.

Very impressive results! They transformed our 30 year old concrete patio into a beautiful oasis! Excellent quality! From the quote through installation prompt service and amazing results. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend this company. The two men are true professionals. They worked on a very hot day and did all that was promised.

Very professional and punctual. Explained every step of the process very well. Keep up the good work

Great experience from start to finish. Can’t wait till they do my next project. Garage floor looks great.

The work was so professionally applied. Everything was cleaned up at the end. We Love the color we chose called"Stonewash". It has grey and white and light bluish grey fakes. It matches so well with our siding color and brick. Thank you.

Brian was awesome to work with. Excited to see the transformation.

The salesman was great, arrived on time and was knowledge about the product he explained the process and we are so excited to get this done

Had the driveway done with the rubber coating they arrived about 7:30 am they worked hard until they were finished the driveway looks great 👍 they said not to walk it until Sunday at 2:00 pm and don't drive or park on it until Tuesday morning so it had proper time to set can't wait until Tuesday morning I pray that I'm done with it. The people that came were very polite and answered any questions that I had

Our cement was crumbling on a garage approach we had a new cement pad laid 5 years ago because of a bad mix. TSR did a great job coating it so it would last and not have to be completely replaced. Professional team from sales to installation. We were given 2 recommendations for TSR, one being another concrete company. Very happy with the look!

Very impressed with the sales representative. He looked over the garage and explained what can be done and how polyurethane works. We then sat down and he further explained what will happen the day of installation. Then gave me a good price and went over the warranty which came immediately on Gmail. I’m looking forward to to installation in September. My sales representative was Patrick Wichman.

Great company to work with. Their product is the best product out there.

They were always responsive throught out the process. From getting the quote to the finish product. They were a higher then some but had the experience to get the job done in a timely fashion and the finished job was worth it.

Before & after pics show the polyaspartic coating makes our patio look great (especially where hot tub was removed). Downside was work equipment placed on the lawn that killed a spot of grass and whatever spilled on the driveway that won't wash away.

The workers were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They explained every step of the process and were done within five hours as promised. We are very happy with the look of our patio. It looks new!

Very professional and a quality floor when finished. I enjoyed the entire process. Very happy with the finished product!

Great job! our garage and patio now look amazing! Highly recommended .

The procedure was explained clearly. It was a great experience. I love the finished product.

Great Crew, know what they are doing, I would recommend this company to anyone

We are happy with the final product TSR Concrete Coatings ~ Bloomington, IL delivered. The installation crews were professional, timely, competent, and did quality work. The finished coating looks great, and we are pleased with the workmanship. Our sales person Caleb was always available to help us with questions, Christian, the Project Manager does a good job of addressing concerns promptly, and the Admin Delilah helped get us scheduled promptly. Glad the job is completed and we love the finished work. We did a multi-day project (garage, sidewalks, porch, patio, and driveway). For big projects you need to pack your patience because everyone is at the mercy of the weather and it can take multiple rescheduling to get it all done. But, the TSR Team is willing to work with you to make it happen.

We are beyond thrilled with the job TSR Concrete Coatings did on our garage floor. We had a couple decent sized cracks & a small area of concrete pitting and when the project was complete you cannot even see where those issues were. The three man crew was polite & paid attention to detail and that was important to us. Thanks again TSR for making our garage look great!

Our garage floor was a disaster. The new surface installed by TSR transformed our garage. We are very pleased.

Professional. Prompt. No surprises. Two friendly workers showed up & worked really hard and fast. Did a beautiful job. Completed when they said they would. Well done. Floor looks great.

I used TSR for my back patio and pool deck coating. We had them apply the Revarok hard rubber surface product. We absolutely love the final result. It looks great and is much cooler and safer than concrete. TSR did a great job at a reasonable price. Mike in sales was able to work me with me on price and into the schedule in a timely manner. The team arrived when promised and did an excellent job in good time. I highly recommend this product and this company.

The young man that did my garage floor was on time, even a little early and done by early afternoon! He was prepared for the day with all the things he needed and then cleaned up before leaving. Would definitely recommend TSR! Now let's see how it holds up!

Looks great! Ozzy and Daniel did a nice job on my garage floor. Very neat and professional. A pleasant experience.

Our patio turned out amazing!!! They showed up on time and were so kind & exceeded all of our needs with no hesitation! Definitely would recommend them to whoever needs some concrete coatings done. We couldn't be happier with our outcome!

Jennifer was very kind and friendly when she came by to give me a quote. I can’t wait to get my garage floors done!

The work was completed beautifully. They communicate so well when I had to push out the date. Highly recommend this company. Sue

TSR did an amazing job on my patio. Would recommend to anyone.

TSR Coating resurfaced and coated our garage floor yesterday, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. Our garage looks brand new, and the coating quality is excellent. Great experience from start to finish.

Ozzy and Mark both did an amazing job on my garage floor. Coating came out excellent, Ozzy was very professional and informative about the whole process! Thanks again!

Ethan came to give us an estimate. Answered all our questions and gave us advice on what we were uncertain of without any pressure or questioning our final decisions. We look forward to our installation.

TSR Took our garage from a pitted mess to a fantastic garage floor. 😀 See the before and after.

Garage floor turned out better than expected!

Made my Concrete my garage look absolutely amazing.

Excellent experience and quality product. From the sales process to installation, everything was professional and smooth. We needed to change our initial install date due to travel and did so with no issue. The installers provided clear and detailed information and instructions. We are thrilled with the result!

Stephanie provided a complete and thorough estimate and offered good advice. Cody and his sidekick did a great installation job and provided good advice on when to walk and drive on the newly coated surface.

Fredy the design consultant was very clear what we could expect. the installers worked quivkly, even in 90 degree heat. the floor looks great. We should have done this when we moved in.

Did a nice job explaining the progress and the price was in our budget.

Love my new epoxy coated garage floor.
